Eftersom alla varor skickas från Åland säljs de inklusive moms till adresser på Åland, samt exklusive moms till adresser i Finland och Sverige. Om du beställer varor från Bok.ax till Finland eller Sverige bör du vara medveten om att du är skyldig att förtulla in varorna och betala mervärdesskatt.
Efter att du har lagt en beställning får du först ett mejl om att din beställning har tagits emot. Varan du har beställt skickas så fort som möjligt till den adress du angivit. I samband med att varan skickas får du ett bekräftelsemejl med ett spårningsnummer.
När du köper fysiska produkter på Bok.ax har du alltid en ångerrätt på 14 dagar. Meddela oss inom denna tidsperiod om du ångrar ditt inköp, genom att skicka ett mejl till info@bok.ax samt returnera varan till följande adress inom 14 dagar.

Bok.ax delivers goods only to Åland, Finland, and Sweden. Since all goods are shipped from Åland, they are sold inclusive of VAT for addresses on Åland, and exclusive of VAT for addresses in Finland and Sweden. If you order goods from Bok.ax to Finland or Sweden, please note that you are responsible for customs clearance and paying value-added tax.
After placing an order, you will first receive an email confirming that your order has been received. The item you ordered will be shipped as soon as possible to the address you provided. Once the item is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
When purchasing physical products on Bok.ax, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Notify us within this period if you wish to cancel your purchase by sending an email to info@bok.ax and return the item to the following address within 14 days:
